摘要
倾斜摄影测量技术,以其操作简单、测量成本低、作业效率高和精度高等优势发展迅速。针对全站仪与全球定位系统(GPS)-网络实时动态载波相位差分技术(RTK)组合测量为主的传统测量不动产方式存在时间长、任务多、效率低等问题,利用大疆M 300RTK无人机在有控制点和无控制点情况下获取不动产测量数据,处理得到三维模型,采用图阵三维智能测图系统(MapMatrix3D)采集不动产数据得到宗地面,并进行精度分析。结果表明:免像控情况下得到的不动产数据的平面中误差为0.086 m,满足三级精度要求;有控制点情况下得到的不动产数据的平面中误差在0.005 m以内,满足一级精度要求。本文通过案例实施及精度验证,证明在测量范围、地形起伏小的地区布设1个像控点可以满足地籍调查精度要求,为不动产量测提供高精度、高效率的测量方式。
Oblique photogrammetry technology has developed rapidly with its advantages of simple operation,low measurement cost,high operation efficiency and high precision.Aiming at the problems of long time,many tasks and low efficiency of the traditional real estate measurement method based on the combination of total station and global positioning system(GPS)-real time kinematic(RTK),the DJI M 300RTK unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)was applied to obtain real estate measurement data with and without control points,process the three-dimensional(3D)model,and use MapMatrix3D to collect real estate data to obtain parcel ground and perform precision analysis.The results showed that the error in the plane of the real estate data obtained without image control was 0.086 m,which met the requirements of the third level of accuracy,and the error in the plane of the real estate data obtained under the control point is within 0.005 m,which met the requirements of the first level of accuracy.Through case implementation and accuracy verification,it was proved that setting up an image control point in an area with small measurement range and terrain fluctuation could meet the accuracy requirements of cadastral survey,and could provide a high-precision and high-efficiency measurement method for real estate measurement.
