摘要
癌性腹水多因积证病程日久,肝、脾等多脏腑功能受损,导致气滞、瘀血、水湿等多种病理因素积聚腹中而成。肝郁脾虚导致气滞血瘀、水湿内停是其关键病机。治疗可选当归芍药散、防己黄芪汤、鸡鸣散三方合方加减以调和肝脾,调气活血利水,培补正气,通过调整脏腑升降平衡和气血津液代谢达到标本兼治的目的。
Maglinant ascites is the accumulation of stagnated qi,static blood,fluid,dampness,and other pathological factors in the abdomen in the case of the lingering accumulation syndrome-induced injury of multiple organs such as liver and spleen.Liver depression and spleen deficiencylead to qi stagnation,blood stasis,and retention of fluid and dampness which are the main causes of the disease.The Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Fangji Huangqi Decoction,and Jiming Powder can be combined for the treatment,as the modification of the three can achieve the effects of harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating qi,activating blood,excreting water,and consolidating and nourishing healthy qi.The combination,throughregulating the balance of ascending and descending and the metabolism of qi,blood,and fluid,eliminates both the symptoms and the root pathogen.
