摘要
医学教育是实现健康中国战略和教育强国战略的重要抓手,医学拔尖创新人才培养对建设创新型国家,推动医学教育创新发展具有重要意义。从提升生源质量、加强“五术”精神培养、拓展学科交叉融合、创新培养基地和机制等方面进行阐述分析,以期对未来拔尖创新医学人才培养有所借鉴。
Medical education is an important starting point for realizing the strategy of healthy China and the strategy of strengthening the country through education.It is also related to the national governance ability and governance level.Medical education from the perspective of great health emphasizes adapting to the requirements of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,adapting to the new needs of world medical development,and providing all-round and life-cycle health services for mankind.Promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative medical talents is of great significance to accelerate the innovative development of medical education in China.
