摘要
飞机制造中,需要数控弯管模具弯制导管,模具设计任务繁重。为提高数控弯管模具的设计效率,解决弯管模具设计存在的问题,依据传统设计人员的经验和数控弯管模具设计准则,提出了零件之间存在的尺寸关联算法以及优化模具结构算法。基于CATIA开发出了相关的快速设计软件,实现了数控弯管模具的参数化快速设计及标准件的快速装配。该软件的设计效率比传统设计方式提高了20倍左右,为企业降低成本、提高效率提供了一种方法。
In aircraft manufacturing,a pipe bending mold of computerized numerical control(CNC)is required to bend the pipe,and the mold design task is arduous.In order to improve the design efficiency of the CNC bending die,solve the problems existing in the design of the bending die,based on the experience of traditional designers and the design criteria of CNC pipe bending molds,an algorithm for dimensional association of parts and an algorithm for optimizing mold structure are proposed.Based on CATIA,the relevant rapid design software has been developed to realize the parameterized rapid design of CNC pipe bending molds and the rapid assembly of standard parts.Compared with traditional design methods,the design efficiency of the software is increased by about 20 times,which provides a way for enterprises to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
