摘要
目的分析老龄化背景下东北地区中老年人群疼痛及其治疗行为状况,探寻其影响因素,为中老年人疼痛症状的治理决策提供参考依据。方法从中国健康与养老追踪调查(China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study,CHARLS)2018年数据库中提取1305名东北地区中老年人的疼痛状况,以及其中803名报告疼痛者的治疗行为的相关数据。采用二元Logistic回归分析疼痛及其治疗行为的影响因素。结果东北地区中老年居民的疼痛发生率为61.5%,性别、省份、受教育程度、饮酒状况、患慢性病数量、体力活动和夜间睡眠时间是疼痛的影响因素(P<0.05)。疼痛治疗行为发生率为69.0%,居住地、省份和疼痛程度是疼痛治疗行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论东北地区中老年人的疼痛及其治疗行为发生率均较高,其影响因素复杂,应通过健康教育赋能,并开展有针对性的生活行为方式和治疗行为干预,促进选择适宜的应对措施以避免或减轻疼痛。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of pain and its treatment behavior among the middleaged and elderly in Northeast China under the background of aging,in order to provide reference for the management decision-making of pain symptoms in the middle aged and elderly.Methods The pain related data of 1,305 middleaged and elderly people in Northeast China and the treatment behavior of 803 of them who reported pain problems were extracted from the 2018 database of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS).Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of pain and its treatment behavior.Results The prevalence of pain among middle aged and elderly residents was 61.5%.Gender,province,education level,drinking status,number of chronic diseases,physical activity,and night sleep time were the influencing factors of pain(P<0.05).The prevalence of pain treatment behavior was 69.0%.Residence,province,and the degree of pain were the influencing factors of treatment behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of pain and its treatment behavior of the middle-aged and elderly in Northeast China could be high,and its influencing factors are complex.The middleaged and elderly should be empowered through health education,and targeted lifestyle and treatment behavior intervention should be carried out to promote appropriate coping measures to avoid or reduce pain.
