摘要
管壳式换热器是化工行业广泛使用的化工设备,因制造简单、承压性好、耐高温及可靠性强,被用在各种化工原料生产中进行热量交换及传递。流体在壳侧的流动阻力及压降直接影响设备的换热效率。鉴于流体在壳程的流动传热机理较复杂,结合相关影响因素,综述了流体在壳程的流动传热特性、沿程阻力及压降等研究现状。
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are widely used chemical equipment in the chemical industry.They are used for heat exchange and transfer in the production of various chemical raw materials due to their simple manufacture,good pressure bearing,high temperature resistance and reliability.The flow resistance and pressure drop of the fluid on the shell side directly affect the heat exchange efficiency of the equipment.In view of the complex flow and heat transfer mechanism of fluid in the shell side,combined with relevant influencing factors,the research status of fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics,resistance and pressure drop along the shell side was reviewed.
