摘要
介绍了旧砂水分对型砂性能和铸件质量的影响以及DISA线旧砂冷却存在的主要问题。通过优化加水方式和制定不同砂铁比铸件的加水量,改善了DISA线旧砂水分和温度值不稳定现象。最后指出:(1)采用4喷头的加水方式,可以做到加水均匀,保证各方向的膨润土均能被充分润湿;(2)旧砂经过加水后其温度仍然高于室温,考虑到在滚筒加水时温度带来的水分损失,适当增大加水量,给加水量一个修正系数,可以使旧砂进入旧砂库时水分仍然保持在允许范围内。
The influence of used sand moisture on molding sand properties and casting quality were introduced.And the main problems of used sand cooling in DISA line was also presented.By optimizing the water addition method and formulating the water addition amount for castings with different sand-to-iron ratios,the instability of moisture and temperature values in the old sand of the DISA line had been improved.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)The water addition method of 4 nozzles could achieve uniform water addition and ensure that the bentonite in all directions could be fully wetted.(2)After adding water,the temperature of the used sand was still higher than room temperature.Considering that water loss caused by the temperature in the drum wetting,appropriately increased the amount of water,and gave a correction coefficient to the amount of water,so that the moisture of the old sand could still be kept within the allowable range when the old sand entered the storehouse.
