Simultaneous determination of nine polychlorinated biphenyls in groundwater by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定地下水中9种多氯联苯的方法。以正己烷-二氯甲烷(体积比4:1)为萃取溶剂,采用液液萃取法提取目标物,在选定的仪器工作条件下测定,内标法定量。多氯联苯质量浓度在10~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999。利用所建方法测定地下水中9种多氯联苯,检出限为0.12~0.28 ng/L。10、150、200 ng/L 3种质量浓度水平的空白加标样品的回收率均大于90%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.3%~9.1%(n=6)。该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高,满足地下水有机污染物分析质量控制要求。 A method for simultaneous determination of 9 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in groundwate by liquid-liquid extraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.Using n-hexane-dichloromethane(volume ratio was 4∶1)as the extraction solvent,the target substance was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction method,determined under the working conditions of the selected instrument,and quantified by internal standard method.The linear correlation coefficients of PCBs were more than 0.999 in the range of 10-500μg/L.The detection limit of the established method for the determination of 9 PCBs in groundwater was 0.12-0.28 ng/L.The recoveries of the blank spiked samples at 10,150 and 200 ng/L concentration levels were all more than 90%,and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 2.3%-9.1%(n=6).The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,which can meet the requirements of quality control for the analysis of organic pollutants in groundwater.
