牛头刨床六杆机构多体动力学仿真

摘要 为给系统动力学分析相关课程教学提供便捷高效的虚拟仿真平台,基于Matlab/Multibody建模环境,对牛头刨床执行机构进行建模和分析。利用解析法对牛头刨床进行理论建模;利用图解法对牛头刨床中曲柄运动在特定位置的动力学参数进行求解;利用Multibody对牛头刨床多体系统进行建模和分析。将3种方法所得分析结果进行对比,验证了利用Multibody开展动力学仿真分析的可行性。利用Multibody进行建模分析,为系统动力学建模分析等相关课程的教学提供新思路,对后续教学研究具有重要的参考意义。 To provide a convenient and efficient virtual simulation teaching platform for the system dynamics analysis related courses,the paper is based on the MATLAB/Multibody modeling environment to model and analyze the actuator of the shaping machine.Firstly,a theoretically model of the shaping machine is carried out by the analytical method.Secondly,using the graphic method,when the crank of the shaping machine moves to a specific position,the dynamic parameters are solved.Then Multibody is used to model and analyze the shaping machine system.Finally,the results of the three methods are analyzed,and the comparison verifies the feasibility of using Multibody to carry out dynamic simulation analysis.Modeling and analysis based on Multibody provides new ideas for the teaching of related courses such as system dynamics modeling and analysis,and has important reference significance for subsequent teaching and research.
