摘要
公立医院综合改革是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容,是一项长期艰巨复杂的系统工程,在新时代面临很多挑战。近年来,徐州市中心医院通过积极探索,改革取得了明显成效。通过对该医院改革工作实践经验的总结,分析了其中存在的薄弱环节,建议将坚持公立医院公益性、建立健全现代医院管理制度、提升医疗质量和服务水平、建立和完善公立医院员工激励机制作为重点任务。
The comprehensive reform of public hospitals is an important part of deepening the reform of the medical and health system.It is a long-term,arduous and complex systematic project that faces many challenges in the new era.In recent years,Xuzhou Central Hospital has achieved remarkable results in reform through active exploration.By summarizing the practical experience of the hospital’s reform work,analyzing the weak links in it,it is suggested to adhere to the public welfare of public hospitals,establish and improve the modern hospital management system,improve the medical quality and service level,and establish and improve the incentive mechanism for public hospital as key tasks.
