摘要
近年来,中国不断加大培育冰雪体育产业的发展力度,高质量发展背景下进一步倒逼我国冰雪体育产业链以质量优先为目标进行升级。产业链整合是实现冰雪体育产业高质量发展的重要途径。文章在对我国冰雪体育产业链结构梳理的基础上,分析和比较了我国当前冰雪体育产业链现状和高质量发展之间现存的五大矛盾。以产业链整合为切入视角,提出产业链整合促进高质量发展的内在机理,以及高质量发展背景下我国冰雪体育产业链纵向整合、横向整合和跨链整合三种整合模式。最后,依据政府和企业在三种产业链整合模式中所发挥的作用提出相应的对策,旨在为我国冰雪体育产业高质量发展起到一定的参考作用。
In recent years,China has been increasing its efforts to cultivate the development of ice and snow sports industry,which will force China’s ice and snow sports industry chain to upgrade through taking quality as the prime goal in the context of high-quality development.Industrial chain integration is an important way to achieve high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry.On the basis of combing the structure of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain,this paper analyzes and compares the five existing contradictions between the current situation of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain and the high-quality development.From the perspective of industrial chain integration,this paper puts forward the internal mechanism of industrial chain integration to promote high-quality development,and three integration modes of China’s ice and snow sports industry chain:vertical integration,horizontal integration and cross chain integration under the background of high-quality development.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the roles played by the government and enterprises in the three industrial chain integration modes,aiming to play a certain reference role in the high-quality development of China’s ice and snow sports industry.
