摘要
目的研究半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤对高血压病眩晕的有效性。方法纳入2019年1月—2020年2月到瑞金市中医院就诊的62例高血压病眩晕患者,并根据用药方式的差异将患者分成研究组、对照组,各31例。其中,对照组患者使用传统的西药进行常规治疗,而研究组则采用半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者。研究组患者的血压水平控制程度明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的中医眩晕评分均低于治疗前,且研究组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤合黄连温胆汤治疗高血压病眩晕具有较好的效果,能够帮助患者有效控制高血压导致的眩晕,是一种效果十分显著的治疗方案,应当积极借鉴。
Objective To study the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction on vertigo of hypertension.Methods 62 patients with vertigo due to hypertension in Ruijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to February 2020 were included in the study,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the difference of medication methods,with 31 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with traditional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.In addition,the degree of blood pressure control in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine vertigo scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction has a good effect in the treatment of patients with vertigo of hypertension,which can help patients effectively control the vertigo caused by hypertension.It is a very effective treatment scheme,which should be actively used for reference.
