摘要
中医教育是中医学的重要组成部分,是在中医临床实践中逐渐形成的,随着国家的深化改革,中医教育同样是改革的重点。但是,中医教育仍然存在问题,探索新的教学方式是中医教育的一个重要课题。迷你临床演练评估(Mini-Clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)作为一种迷你型多次重点式评估,在门诊或住院等临床工作中均可开展,具备相当可靠的信、效度和极好的便利性。Mini-CEX可将理论联系实际,在中医临床教学中,可与中医传统教学方式相结合发挥更大的作用,并且Mini-CEX已在中医临床教学中多次被运用。
Traditional Chinese medicine education is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.It is gradually formed in the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.As the country deepens reforms,Chinese medicine education is also the focus of reform.However,there are still some problems in Chinese medicine education,and new teaching methods are explored.Has always been an important subject of Chinese medicine education.Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX),as a mini-type multiple key evaluation,can be carried out in clinical work such as outpatients or inpatients.It has fairly reliable reliability,validity and excellent performance convenience.Mini-CEX can integrate theory with practice.It can be combined with traditional Chinese medicine teaching methods to play a greater role in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine.Mini-CEX has been used in clinical teaching of Chinese medicine many times.
