摘要
目的 研究制何首乌中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用单因素结合正交实验法考察何首乌中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺。结果 制何首乌中黄酮类化合物提取最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶14,提取时间10 h。结论 该提取工艺稳定可行,重复性较好,可以为何首乌的进一步合理应用提供理论依据。
Objective To study the best extraction process of flavonoids from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Methods Taking rutin as the reference substance,the optimum extraction process of flavonoids from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb was investigated by single factor combined with orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids from radix Polygoni multiflori were as follows:ethanol concentration 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶14,extraction time 10 h.Conclusion The extraction process is stable,feasible and repeatable,which can provide a theoretical basis for the further rational application of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.
