摘要
中医学运用气机升降理论描述自然与生命的运动、变化及规律,解释疾病发生发展过程。肺癌形成的病因虽尚未完全明确,但随着中医肿瘤理论与临床研究的不断深入,气机升降理论在肺癌形成与发展中的作用逐渐被重视,对于探讨肺癌中医病机理论具有重要作用。肺癌的中医辨证论治也充分体现了气机升降学说的临床应用。本文分别从“脏腑”“三焦”“经络”等多个方面对肺癌形成、发展过程中气机升降规律进行讨论,探析气机升降在肺癌形成与发展中的重要作用,以及肺癌形成后的气机升降变化,并以此为理论基础,强调“调理气机升降、恢复脏腑气血阴阳平和”在肺癌治疗中的重要性,以期为中医临床辨治肺癌提供新思路。
TCM describes the movement,changes and regularity of nature and life by using ascending and descending theory of Qi movement,which explains the occurrence and development of diseases.The pathogenesis of lung cancer is still not clear.However,with deep study and clinical verification of TCM treating tumor,the role of ascending and descending theory of Qi movement in the formation and development of lung cancer has been gradually paid attention to,which is of significance in exploring TCM pathogenesis of lung cancer.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation of lung cancer illustrates the clinical application of ascending and descending theory of Qi movement.This study discussed regularities in ascending and descending of Qi movement during the formation and development of lung cancer in terms of Zang-Fu,triple burners,as well as meridians and collaterals.It analyzed the key role of ascending and descending of Qi movement,and the changes of ascending and descending of Qi movement after the formation of lung cancer,based on which,it emphasized the importance of‘regulating ascending and descending of Qi movement,restoring the balance and harmony of Zang and Fu,Qi and blood,as well as Yin and Yang’in treatment of lung cancer,aiming to provide new ideas for differentiating and treating the disease in TCM clinical practice.
