摘要
本文以2017~2022年国家层面出台的9项工业互联网产业政策为研究对象构建PMC指数模型,通过文本挖掘、内容分析设定10项一级变量和50项二级变量。研究结果显示:(1)9项政策的PMC指数得分在X_(1)、X_(4)、X_(5)、X_(8)、X_(9)五方面具备优势,而在X_(2)、X_(3)、X_(6)、X_(7)四方面需要强化;(2)9项政策中有1项为完美,7项为优秀,1项为可接受;(3)9项政策的凹陷指数与凹陷程度由大到小依次排列为P_(7)>P_(6)>P_(3)>P_(8)>P_(4)>P_(5)>P_(2)>P_(1)>P_(9)。据此提出工业互联网产业政策优化路径并提出相应对策建议。
This paper constructs a PMC index model based on nine industrial Internet industrial policies issued at the national level from 2017 to 2022,and sets 10 first-level variables and 50 second-level variables through text mining and content analysis.The results show that:(1) The PMC index scores of the nine policies have advantages in five aspects:X_(1),X_(4),X_(5),X_(8),X_(9),and need to be strengthened in four aspects:X_(2),X_(3),X_(6),X_(7);(2) among the nine policies,one is perfect,seven are excellent,and one is acceptable;(3) The concavity index and concavity degree of the nine policies are arranged in descending order of P_(7)>P_(6)>P_(3)>P_(8)>P_(4)>P_(5)>P_(2)>P_(1)>P_(9).Based on this,the optimization path of industrial Internet industry policy is put forward and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
