摘要
胆汁酸是胆汁的主要成分,在肝细胞中产生,在肠道、肝脏中不断循环,主要功能为促进脂类物质的消化吸收。近年来,大量研究表明胆汁酸具有免疫调节作用,可在肠肝循环过程中,通过抑制肠道致病菌,维护肠上皮屏障来预防肠道、肝脏炎症反应的发生,也可通过调节肠道、肝脏免疫细胞功能,维持肠道及肝脏对无害抗原的免疫耐受,以此维持肠道、肝脏内环境稳定。炎症性肠病、非酒精性脂肪肝等相关肠道、肝脏炎症性疾病的发生发展与胆汁酸免疫调节作用发挥异常有关。本文对胆汁酸的免疫调节作用进行总结,为进一步明确胆汁酸在相关肠道、肝脏炎症性疾病中的发病机制及治疗作用提供参考。
Bile acid is the main component of bile,which produced in liver cells and circulates in intestine and liver. Its main function is to promote the digestion and absorption of lipids. In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that immunomodulatory effects of bile acid can be in process of enterohepatic circulation,inhibit the intestinal pathogenic bacteria,to maintain intestinal epithelial barrier to prevent the happening of intestines,liver inflammation,also can adjust through the intestinal tract,liver function of immune cells to maintain the intestine and liver to innocuous antigen immune tolerance,maintain intestinal,liver,stable internal environment. Inflammatory bowel disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and other related intestinal and liver inflammatory diseases are related to dysregulation of immune function of bile acid. In this paper,immunomodulatory effects of bile acids were summarized to provide reference for further clarifying the pathogenesis and therapeutic effects of bile acids in related intestinal and liver inflammatory diseases.
