摘要
碳水化合物在猪营养中十分重要,不同的碳水化合物具有不同的功能。然而,当前对于种类繁多、结构复杂的碳水化合物的营养性与非营养性功能认识仍不全面、不充分。本实验室研究发现,不同碳水化合物原料间满足适宜的比例与水平时,对猪的生长和肠道健康具有更好的促进作用。本文就仔猪碳水化合物结构平衡与肠道健康的相关研究进行综述,以丰富碳水化合物营养原理,促进其营养平衡技术的构建。
Carbohydrates are very important in pig nutrition,and different carbohydrates have different functions.However,the current understanding of the nutritive and non-nutritive functions of various and complex carbohydrates is still incomplete.Our study found that different carbohydrate raw materials with appropriate proportions and levels had better promotion effects on the growth and intestinal health of pigs.This article reviewed the related studies on carbohydrate structural balance and intestinal health in piglets,so as to enrich the principle of carbohydrate nutrition and promote the construction of nutrient balance technology.
