摘要
“福尔摩沙俱乐部”是2019年底成立的新型国际“挺台”组织,通过集合跨国、跨政党、跨地区的“亲台”力量来不断加强对民进党当局的“国际声援”。纵观该组织的各种“挺台”行为,其行为模式主要包括利用国际热点事件增加台湾“曝光度”、强化政治意识形态勾连以及利用会员的多重政治身份推动“挺台”议案“正当化”等。该组织的行为冲击了两岸关系,也破坏了中国的国际形象。但“福尔摩沙俱乐部”也存在明显的局限性,其内部缺乏凝聚力,利益诉求不一,加上美国等主要大国反应冷淡,使其“挺台”的实际效果极为有限。应对“福尔摩沙俱乐部”的“挺台”行为保持警惕,维护两岸和平稳定,推进祖国统一进程。
“Formosa Club”is a new international“pro Taiwan”organization established at the end of 2019.It constantly strengthens its“international solidarity”with the DPP authorities by gathering transnational,cross-party and cross-regional“supporting-Taiwan”forces.Throughout the organization’s various“supporting-Taiwan”actions,its behavior patterns mainly include using international focus to increase Taiwan’s“exposure”,strengthening political-ideological collusion,and using members’multiple political identities to promote“supporting-Taiwan”motions.The organization’s actions have impacted cross-Strait relations and damaged China’s international image.However,“Formosa Club”also has obvious limitations.It lacks internal cohesion,has different interests and demands,and is indifferent to the reactions of major powers such as the United States,so the actual effect of“supporting-Taiwan”is limited.We should be vigilant against the“pro Taiwan”behavior of“Formosa Club”,maintain peace and stability across the Taiwan Straits,and promote the process of reunification of the motherland.
