摘要
中药炮制是在中医药理论的指导下,根据临床辨证施治的用药需求及药材本身性质将中药材加工成中药饮片的传统方法和技术,在增效减毒、改变药性等方面发挥着重要作用,是中医用药的特点之一。传统炮制的手段十分丰富,其中又以耗时漫长、工序复杂的“九蒸九晒”炮制方法为典型。该文以查阅相关文献、咨询专业学者等为主要方法,考证探究了古法所述“九蒸九晒”的概念以及现代中药制药中“九蒸九晒”的应用,并选取炮制前后药性药效发生较大改变的何首乌为实例,对近年来关于“九蒸九晒”的炮制机制及效果的研究情况进行综述,对相关的研究方法及评价标准等内容提出建议以供参考。
Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory,processing is a feature of TCM,TCM into decoction pieces based on specific demand and properties of TCM,which plays an important role in effect-enhancement and toxicity-reduction,and drug properties changement.Traditional processing methods vary greatly,which include the repeatedly steamed and sundried,characterized by time-consuming and complex operation processes.This paper explored the concept of “repeatedly steamed and sundried” and its application in modern TCM.Polygonum multiflorum was taken as an example,the properties and efficacy of which have changed greatly before and after the processing.The paper reviewed the research on the processing mechanism and effect of this method in recent years to provide reference for relevant research and evaluation standards.
