摘要
家庭暴力作为世界范围内的社会问题,近年来受到越来越多的关注。家庭暴力一方面危害受害人的身心健康,另一方面破坏了社会秩序与稳定。预防与制止家庭暴力,应进一步完善家庭暴力相关法律制度,加强法律宣传;建立家庭暴力信息共享平台;加大对家庭暴力加害者的惩戒与矫治;建立受害者救助网络。
As a worldwide social problem,domestic violence has attracted more and more attention in recent years.On the one hand,domestic violence harms the physical and mental health of the victims,on the other hand,it undermines social order and stability.To prevent and stop it,we should further improve the domestic violence related legal system and strengthen legal publicity,establish a domestic violence information sharing platform,increase punishment and treatment for perpetrators of domestic violence,furthermore,establish a victim support network.
