摘要
目的 探究缬沙坦与贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果。方法 74例慢性心衰患者,采用计算机分组法分为研究组与对照组,每组37例。对照组患者采用贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗,研究组患者采用缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者血浆NT-proBNP及血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平分别为(642.24±51.16)pg/ml、(3.11±0.40)mg/L、(5.61±0.80)ng/L、(8.95±1.41)ng/L,均低于对照组的(835.61±57.24)pg/ml、(5.35±0.45)mg/L、(7.12±0.86)ng/L、(15.25±1.84)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为8.11%,低于对照组的16.22%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性心衰患者效果显著,能够改善心功能,缓解炎症反应,且治疗安全性高,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan and benazepril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into research group and control group by computer grouping method,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin,and patients in the research group were treated with valsartan combined with atorvastatin.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 94.59%,which was higher than 75.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the research group were(642.24±51.16)pg/ml,(3.11±0.40)mg/L,(5.61±0.80)ng/L,and(8.95±1.41)ng/L,which were lower than(835.61±57.24)pg/ml,(5.35±0.45)mg/L,(7.12±0.86)ng/L,and(15.25±1.84)ng/L in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 8.11%,which was lower than 16.22%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with atorvastatin has significant effect on patients with chronic heart failure,and can improve the cardiac function,relieve inflammatory reaction with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
