摘要
面对当前党和国家对校园食育工作的高度重视,高校应积极响应号召,努力予以推进,从“食物”的角度对大学生在知识、情感与文化三个层面加强人格教育。在食育体系上,高校应以培养大学生树立“健康+环保”的双绿生活理念为核心教学目标,以提高“食商”引领下的食知、食趣、食操、食礼四维素养为综合教学内容。在食育路径上,高校应坚持“思政课程”与“课程思政”相结合、“显性课程”与“隐性课程”相结合、“情感教育”与“实践教学”相结合的三重推进路径。
At present,the Party and the state attach great importance to campus food education.From the perspective of“food”,colleges and universities should respond to the call actively and work hard to strengthen college students'personality cultivation at the three levels of knowledge,emotion and culture.In terms of food education system,colleges and universities should take“cultivating college students by establishing a double green life concept of health and environmental protection”as the core teaching objective,and take“improving the four-dimensional literacy of food knowledge,food taste,food operation and food etiquette guided by food intelligence quotient”as the comprehensive teaching content.In the way of food education,colleges and universities should adhere to the combination of“ideological and political courses”and“ideologically-and politically-enriched curricula”,“explicit courses”and“implicit courses”,“emotive education”and“practical teaching”.
