摘要
以扩散法研究了26种中草药对7株养殖致病菌以及枯草芽孢杆菌和副干酪乳杆菌的体外抑制作用。结果表明,同种中草药对不同致病菌抑制作用差异大,其中,地榆、防风、乌梅、五倍子、五味子、柯子、山楂等对各致病菌均有抑制效果,板蓝根、藿香、金银花、艾叶、丹参、马齿苋、虎杖、秦皮、大青叶、黄芩等对所检致病菌均无抑制效果。同菌株对不同种类中草药的敏感性存在差异,同一属不同种细菌对同一种草药的敏感性也存在差异,说明药物筛选试验对针对性用药具有重要意义。
The in vitro inhibitory effects of 26 Chinese herbal medicines on 7 strains of pathogenic bacteria,Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus paracasei were studied by diffusion method.The results showed that the inhibitory effects of the same Chinese herbal medicine on different pathogenic bacteria were quite different.Among them,Sanguisorba officinalis,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Fructus Mume,Galla Chinensis,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Fructus Chebulae and Fructus Crataegi had inhibitory effects on all pathogenic bacteria,while Radix Isatidis,Herba Agastaches,Flos Lonicerae,Folium Artemisiae Argyi,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Herba Portulacae,Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,Cortex Fraxini,Folium Isatidis,and Radix Scutellariae had no inhibitory effect on the detected pathogenic bacteria.The sensitivity of the same strain to different kinds of Chinese herbal medicines was also significantly different,indicating that the drug screening test is of great significance for targeted medication.
