超高温亚临界煤气发电厂锅炉给水泵异常振动原因分析及处理 被引量:1

摘要 调峰及降负荷运行是目前国内火电机组中普遍存在的情况,但随之对整个机组的系统、设备的可靠性、稳定性提出了更高的要求;降负荷运行偏离了系统设计的高效区,因此,随之产生了许多新的运行及设备问题,影响了机组的稳定运行。从某超高温亚临界煤气发电厂运行的实例中,就某型号锅炉给水泵在非高效区运行时产生的振动现象,通过使用数字化振动数据采集装置进行现场数据采集,并使用频谱分析的方法,从给水泵驱动端、自由端的轴振趋势、波形频谱等多角度进行分析,排除各种可能性,最终通过分析得出问题产生的主要原因是叶轮与导叶的间隙不足。结合相关标准,对给水泵的叶轮与导叶间隙进行修正,成功解决了给水泵异常振动问题,使得该型产品在满足高效区稳定运行的同时又能达到调峰及降负荷时的运行要求,为该类型泵的稳定运行及其故障诊断方法提供了理论参考。 Peak load regulation and reduced load operation were widespread in the current domestic thermal powerplants,however,the reliability and stability of the whole unit system and equipment were required to be higher level.As the load reduction operation deviated from the high efficiency zone of the system,many new operation and equipment problems arose,which affected the stable operation of the unit.From the point of an instance from the ultra high temperature subcritical gas power plant,the vibration phenomenon of boiler feedwater pump when it was running in the non-high efficient area was analyzed from multiple angles such as the axial vibration trend and waveform spectrum of the drive end and non-drive end of the feedwater pump by using the digital vibration data acquisition device for data collection on spot and the method of spectrum analysis.After all kinds of possibilities were excluded,it was concluded that the main reason for the problem was lack of the clearance between the impeller and guide blade.the modification of the clearance combined with relevant standards,which successfully solved the problem of abnormal vibration,and made this type of products met the requirement of stable operation not only in high efficient area but also in peak load regulation and reduced load operation as well.It provided the reference for stable operation and fault diagnosis method of this type pumps.
