摘要
矿井通风系统主要由三个模块组成,一是风流检测模块,二是通风网络模块,三是调控模块。这些模块之间并不是相互独立的,而是具有着紧密的联系,在一定程度上相互影响,共同作用为矿井提供新风,避免由于井下空气稀薄导致作业人员出现窒息危险,同时也可以对井下的毒性进行有效稀释。总之能够不断优化井下作业环境,让相关人员能够在安全的环境中施工。通风系统的稳定运行决定着煤矿的安全生产,如果井下作业时出现通风问题,将会在直接增加粉尘和瓦斯的含量,进而引发安全是事故。基于此,进行井下通风系统的研究,具有重要的意义。本文结合资料和经验,对通风系统进行了深入研究,提出了有效的优化措施,以供参考。
The mine ventilation system is mainly composed of three modules,the first is the air flow detection module,the second is the ventilation network module,and the third is the control module.These modules are not independent of each other,but are closely related.To a certain extent,they interact with each other to provide fresh air for the mine,so as to avoid the suffocation risk of operators due to the thin underground air.At the same time,they can effectively dilute the toxicity of the mine.In a word,it can continuously optimize the downhole operation environment so that relevant personnel can work in a safe environment.It can be said that the stable operation of the ventilation system determines the safe production of the coal mine.If the ventilation problem occurs during the underground operation,it will directly increase the content of dust and gas,which will lead to safety accidents.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the underground ventilation system.Based on the data and experience,this paper makes an in-depth study of the ventilation system and proposes effective optimization measures for reference.
