摘要 分析了马脊梁选煤厂生产系统限制产量的因素及各项生产消耗居高不下的原因,提出设备改造、系统改造措施,通过对部分设备扩能改造、调整生产工艺参数、改变水循环系统流向等,提高了选煤厂生产能力,降低了各项生产消耗,取得了良好的经济效益。 In this paper, the factors that limit the output of Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant’s production system and the reasons for the high production consumption were analyzed, and the equipment transformation and system transformation measures were put forward. By expanding the capacity of some equipment, adjusting the production process parameters and changing the flow direction of water circulation system, the production capacity of coal preparation plant was improved, the production consumption is reduced, and good economic benefits were achieved.
