摘要
“三高四新”战略是奋力建设现代化新湖南的总牵引,而作为应用型高技能人才供给“蓄能池”和“加油站”的高职院校在服务湖南高质量发展方面肩负着不可推卸的使命。目前校企合作育人模式存在结构性矛盾;要走出困境,就要创新校企协同育人模式,形成人才培养的长效机制和人才供给的精准策略,着力提高人才的社会服务能力,努力在描绘好新时代湖南改革发展新画卷中彰显担当、贡献力量。
The strategy of“three highlands and four new missions”is the general traction of striving to build a new modern Hu’nan,and higher vocational colleges,which serve as“energy storage pools”and“gas stations”for application-oriented high-skilled talents,have an inescapable role in serving the high-quality development of Hu’nan.At present,there are structural contradictions in the school-enterprise cooperative education model.To get out of the predicament,it is necessary to innovate the school-enterprise cooperative education model,form a long-term mechanism for talent training and a precise strategy for supply,and focus on enhancing social service capabilities,so as to take on the mission and make contributions in the development and reform of Hu’nan in the new era.
