摘要
为提高高速公路应急救援资源调度智能管理水平,设计了一种高速公路应急救援资源调度管理策略。考虑调度模型中潜在灾难站点的需求与突发事件的不确定性,建立了包含调度时间、调度成本、灾难站点损失、潜在灾难现场不满意程度的4目标资源调度优化模型,并提出利用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-III)结合高斯估计分布的混合进化算法求解最优资源调度方案。仿真分析结果表明,传统NSGA-III将在第120代左右收敛,所提混合算法将在40~110代收敛到最优解。仿真试验进一步验证了混合进化算法与NSGA-III相比性能更优,运算效率提升9%~200%。所提方法对高速公路应急事件管理具有一定的借鉴作用。
A highway emergency rescue resource scheduling management strategy is designed to improve the intelligent management of highway emergency rescue resource scheduling. Considering the demand of potential disaster sites and the uncertainty of emergencies in the dispatching model, the 4-objective resource dispatching optimization model with dispatching time, dispatching cost, disaster site loss and potential disaster site dissatisfaction is established, and the hybrid evolutionary algorithm using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-III) combined with Gaussian estimation distribution is proposed to solve the optimal resource dispatching scheme.The simulation analysis results show that the conventional NSGA-III will converge around the 120 th generation and the proposed hybrid algorithm will converge to the optimal solution at the 40 th~110 th generations. The simulation further verifies that the hybrid evolutionary algorithm has better performance compared with the NSGA-III, and the operational efficiency is improved by 9% to 200%. The proposed method is useful for highway emergency event management.
