摘要
目的:研究接骨木莓运动营养粉的抗疲劳功效。方法:144只雄性小鼠分为三批,每批随机分为空白对照组、低剂量组[0.83 g/(kg BW·d)]、中剂量组[1.67 g/(kg BW·d)]、高剂量组[5.00 g/(kg BW·d)],分别进行负重游泳实验、肝糖原测定、血清尿素测定。结果:与空白对照组比较,接骨木莓运动营养粉高剂量组能显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间、降低血清尿素含量、升高疲劳小鼠肝糖原含量。结论:接骨木莓运动营养粉具有抗疲劳的功效。
Objective: The anti-fatigue effect of elderberry sports nutrition powder is studied. Methods: The 144 male mice are divided into three groups for load-bearing swimming test, liver glycogen test and serum urea test.Each batch is randomly divided into blank control group, low-dose group [0.83 g/(kg BW·d)], medium-dose group [1.67 g/(kg BW·d)] and high-dose group [5.00 g/(kg BW·d)]. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the high-dose group of elderberry sports nutrition power can significantly prolong the weight-bearing swimming time of mice, reduce the content of serum urea and increase the content of liver glycogen in fatigued mice. Conclusion: The elderberry sports nutrition powder has anti-fatigue effect.
