摘要
目的分析探讨音乐疗法结合经颅直流电刺激对语言发育迟缓儿童的临床疗效。方法选取某三级甲等医院2020年10月至2022年3月接收治疗的语言发育迟缓患儿120例作为观察对象,通过数字随机抽选的方法分成两个组(观察组:音乐疗法结合经颅直流电刺激治疗;对照组:常规康复治疗),将两组患者治疗前后的口部运动功能情况、语言相比较、生活质量与治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前的口部运动功能比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的口部运动功能高于对照组,并且时间越久,口部运动功能评分升高程度越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的语言相比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的语言发育相评分高于对照组,并且时间越久,语言发育相评分升高程度越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的生活质量比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患者的总有效比例分别为96.67%与76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法结合经颅直流电刺激对儿童语言发育迟缓具有显著临床疗效,能够有效改善患者语言能力与口部运动功能,促进发育,值得推广与应用于临床治疗中。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of music therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on children with language retardation.Methods One hundred and twenty children with language retardation who were treated in a classⅢclass A hospital from October 2020 to March 2022 were selected as observation objects.They were divided into two groups by digital random selection(observation group:music therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation treatment;control group:routine rehabilitation treatment).The oral motor function,language comparison,quality of life and treatment effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the oral motor function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the oral motor function of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the longer the time,the higher the oral motor function score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in language between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the language development phase score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the longer the time,the more obvious the increase of the language development phase score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective ratios of the observation group and the control group were 96.67%and 76.67%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation has a significant clinical effect on children's language retardation,which can effectively improve the patient's language ability and oral motor function and promote the development.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment。
