摘要
目的探讨多影像教学辅助传统模式教学在肝脏外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月于医院肝脏外科实习的63名临床医学生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31名)和观察组(32名)。对照组给予传统模式教学,观察组在对照组基础上给予多影像教学,比较两组考核成绩、自主学习能力及批判性思维能力。结果带教1个月后,观察组基础理论、综合阅片分析能力及临床技能操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力测评量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组批判性思维能力测评量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多影像教学辅助传统模式教学应用于肝脏外科教学中,有利于提高实习临床医学生的自主学习能力和批判性思维能力,显著提升学习成绩。
Objective The application effect of traditional model teaching assisted by multi-image teaching in liver surgery teaching was discussed.Methods With 63clinical medical students from September 2020 to September 2021 who were interns in the liver surgery department of the hospital as the research objects,the control group(31 students)and the observation group(32 students)were distinguished by the random number table method.The test scores,autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared,with the control group given traditional teaching mode and the observation group given multi-image teaching on the basis of the control group.Results After 1 month of teaching,in the observation group,the scores which included basic theory,comprehensive reading and analysis ability,clinical skills operation,self-learning ability assessment scale,and Critical Thinking Ability Assessment Scale(CTDI-CV),were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-image teaching assisted traditional mode in the teaching of liver surgery is beneficial to improve the autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of clinical medical students,and significantly improve their academic performance.
