350MW三菱机组低压缸零出力运行应用研究

摘要 某电厂配备2台350 MW进口三菱机组,为了提高电厂的供热能力,在2号机组安装热泵的基础上,对1号机组进行低压缸零出力改造,通过运行实践评价了机组的安全性,并针对不同的热量需求,实施双机组联合供热模式。在1号机组投入、退出低压缸零出力过程中未出现颤振和超温,维持冷却蒸汽流量23.8~26 t/h、减温喷水流量5~7.4 t/h下,次末级叶片温度为46.3~80.2℃,末级叶片温度为13.3~16.3℃,轴振和瓦振均在正常范围内,机组在零出力工况下能够安全稳定运行。通过调节1号机组切缸/非切缸工况下的供热抽汽流量以及2号机组热泵的投运台数,双机组在供热期的供热量同比增加226万GJ,供电煤耗降低96.15 g/kWh,为电网提供125 MW的调峰能力,社会效益和经济效益显著。 A power plant is equipped with two 350 MW imported Mitsubishi units.In order to improve the heating capacity of the power plant,zero output transformation of the low pressure cylinder is implemented for unit 1 based on the installation of heat pump in unit 2.The unit safety is evaluated through operation practice,and the combined heating mode of two units is formulated according to different heat demand.There is no flutter and overtemperature in the input and exit of zero output for the low-pressure cylinder of unit 1.Under the condition that the cooling steam flow rate is 23.8~26 t/h and the cooling water flow rate is 5~7.4 t/h.The temperature of the secondary and final blades is 46.3~80.2℃and 13.3~16.3℃respectively.The shaft vibration and the pad vibration are within the normal range.The unit can operate safely and stably under zero output condition.By adjusting the extraction flow of unit 1 under cylinder cutting/non-cylinder cutting conditions and the number of heat pump units of unit 2,the heating capacity of the dual units increased by 2.26 million GJ.The coal consumption of power supply decreased by 96.15 g/kWh,and the peak regulation capacity of 125 MW for the power grid is provid which makes the social and economic benefits remarkable.
