摘要
为了探究新文科背景下我国珠宝电商人才需求现状,爬取了国内主要招聘网站上的珠宝电商人才需求信息,基于广义合作网络思想,构建了珠宝电商人才需求关联社会网络,并对网络的整体特征和不同类型主要关键词的自我网络进行了分析。研究发现:我国珠宝电商人才需求主要集中在北京、上海、广州及深圳等特大城市,其薪资待遇处于中等偏上水平,但仍有较大提升空间;珠宝电商人才学历需求主要为大专与本科,而经验需求则可以划分为3个层次;企业对具备不同专业知识的员工的其他要求也有所不同,优秀的珠宝设计师与珠宝直播主播是目前企业最为紧缺的两种人才。珠宝销售企业对珠宝电商的人才需求随着时代的发展而变化,高等院校珠宝电商教育应顺应时势,动态调整人才培养方案。
In order to explore the current situation of China's jewelry e-commerce talent demand under the new liberal arts background,this paper crawls the jewelry e-commerce talent demand information on the main domestic recruitment websites,constructs a jewelry e-commerce talent demand related social network based on the idea of generalized cooperative network,and analyzes the overall characteristics of the network and the self-network of different types of main keywords.The research finds that the demand for jewelry e-commerce talents in China is mainly concentrated in mega cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,and their salary is at the upper middle level,but there is still room for improvement.The education needs of jewelry e-commerce talents are mainly college and undergraduate,while the experience needs can be divided into three levels.Other requirements of enterprises for employees with different professional knowledge are also different.Excellent jewelry designers and jewelry live anchors are the two kinds of talents most in short supply in enterprises at present.Jewelry sales enterprises'demand for jewelry e-commerce talents changes with the development of the times.Jewelry e-commerce education in colleges and universities should adapt to the current situation and dynamically adjust talent training programs.
