摘要
立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,医学生作为卫生医疗事业发展的重要储备人才,未来要承担起救死扶伤、维护人类健康的神圣使命,这就要求医学生不仅要具备渊博的医学知识和精湛的临床技能,更要有正确的人生观、价值观、良好的思想道德修养和崇高的社会责任感。课程思政是落实立德树人这项任务的新载体,是国家医学教育改革政策要求,是紧密推进健康中国战略的手段,是全球科技革命背景下新医科建设的主要目标,是培养德才兼备的新时代医学人才的必然趋势。课程思政的建设不是一堂课的事,更不是某一位教师的事。教研室教师在深刻理解“课程思政”内涵的基础上,在学校人才培养目标和临床医学专业人才培养方案的指导下,根据专业特色进行教学改革,制定了《妇产科学》的德育目标,坚持立德树人,德育为先,努力做好医学教育中从“思政课程”到“课程思政”的转变。现总结经验如下。
As an important reserve of talents for the development of health care,medical students have to take up the sacred mission of saving lives and maintaining human health in the future,which requires medical students not only to have profound medical knowledge and excellent clinical skills,but also to have a correct outlook on life,values,good ideological and moral cultivation and a noble sense of social responsibility.Curriculum Ideological and Political is a new carrier to implement the task of establishing moral education,a requirement of national medical education reform policy,a means to closely promote the health China strategy,the main goal of new medical construction in the context of the global scientific and technological revolution,and an inevitable trend to cultivate medical talents with both moral and talent in the new era.The construction of“Curriculum Ideological and Political”is not a single class,and it is not the business of a single teacher.Based on the deep understanding of the connotation of“Curriculum Ideological and Political”,teachers in the teaching and research department,under the guidance of the school’s personnel training objectives and the training program of clinical medicine,carried out teaching reform according to the characteristics of the profession and formulated the moral education objectives of Obstetrics and Gynecology.At the same time,teachers persist in establishing moral education and moral education first and strive to do a good job in the transformation of medical education from“Political Curriculum”to“Curriculum Ideological and Political”.The experience is now summarized as follows.
