摘要
高校科技成果转化是创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分,但是当前存在高校科技成果转化效率不高的难题,科技和金融未能有效融合是其重要原因之一。文章探讨了科技金融在高校科技成果转化中的重要性及高校科技成果转化概况,并从金融政策环境、金融支持体系方面分析了高校科技成果转化存在的问题,并在此基础上,从政府、高校及金融支持体系层面提出优化高校科技成果转化金融模式的建议。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities is an important part of the innovation-driven development strategy,however,there is a problem that the conversion efficiency of universities scientific and technological achievements is not high,the lack of effective integration of science and technology and finance is one of the important reasons.The article discusses the importance of science and technology finance in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities and the general situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities,and analyzes the existing problems in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of universities from the aspects of financial policy environment and financial support system.On this basis,the article puts forward some suggestions for optimization on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into financial mode from the level of government,universities and financial support system.
