基于河流廊道构建目标的洋河生态需水核算 被引量:6

摘要 保障河流廊道生态环境需水对复苏河湖生态环境意义重大。洋河作为永定河重要支流,应按照高质量发展复苏河湖生态环境新要求进行生态水量核算。结合“流动的河、绿色的河、清洁的河、安全的河”的廊道构建目标和复苏河湖生态环境要求,选取Tennant法、水量平衡法、湿周法等对河道生态基流、城市河段满足景观蓄水及水体净化功能的生态水量、敏感期生态需水进行了核算,采用外包值同时满足防洪标准要求作为构建洋河生态河流廊道的生态需水量,最终确定洋河年生态需水量0.97亿m3。分析了近2 a洋河生态水量满足情况,结果表明,年径流量均满足生态环境需水要求,但个别月份达不到生态基流或生态需水过程要求,建议通过水库调度调整径流过程,满足生态需水过程要求。 Ensuring the water demand of the ecological environment of river corridors is of great significance to the recovery of the ecological environment of rivers and lakes.As an important tributary of Yongding River,Yanghe River should carry out ecological water volume accounting according to the new requirements of high-quality development and the recovery of river and lake ecological environment.In combination with the goal of constructing a river corridor with“flowing river,green river,clean river and safe river”as well as the requirements of recovering the ecological environment of rivers and lakes,Tennant method,water balance method and wet perimeter method are selected to calculate the ecological basic flow of river course,the ecological water volume of urban reach satisfying the function of landscape water storage and water purification,and the ecological water demand in sensitive period.The ecological water requirement of Yanghe River ecological corridor is determined to be 97 million m3 annually using the outsourcing value and meeting the flood control standard requirements.The ecological water demand of Yanghe River in the past two years is analyzed.The results show that the annual runoff meets the requirements of ecological environmental water demand,but fails to meet the requirements of ecological basic flow or ecological water demand process in some months.It is suggested to adjust the runoff process through reservoir operation to meet the requirements of ecological water demand process.
