摘要
针对在役300MW等级亚临界参数反动式汽轮机中间级通流及冷热再位置高参数供汽能力受整机运行推力变化限制,大流量工业抽汽会给机组推力系统安全可靠性带来巨大考验的问题,从设计角度出发,基于汽轮机通流改造进行高能级匹配供汽机组推力系统控制研究,通过合理的平衡毂及通流设计,深度挖掘300MW亚临界两缸两排汽结构机组高能级工业供汽能力。
Since the intermediate stage throughflow and high-parameter steam supply capacity at reheat of the in-service 300MW subcritical parameter reaction steam turbine are limited by the change in the operating thrust of the whole unit,and the large-flow industrial extraction steam will seriously affect the safety and reliability of the unit thrust system.From the design point of view,the author has carried out a throughflow modification and thrust system control research on the steam turbine that can match the high-energy steam supply,and rationalized the design of the balance drum and the throughflow.This paper deeply excavated the high-energy industrial steam supply capacity of a 300MW subcritical two-cylinder two-exhaust steam structure unit.
