摘要
在合成革喷涂处理过程中,水性聚氨酯属于一种非常有效的处理剂。凭借着无毒和环保等的诸多优势,水性聚氨酯在合成革表面处理中的应用越来越为相关企业和研究者所关注。基于此,文章就对水性聚氨酯形式的合成革表面处理剂研究进展进行分析,包括合成革与其表面处理剂概述、水性聚氨酯表面处理剂的制备工艺、合成革水性聚氨酯的应用现状及其研究进展。
Waterborne polyurethane is a very effective treatment agent in the spraying treatment of synthetic leather.With the advantages of non-toxic and environmental protection,the application of waterborne polyurethane in synthetic leather surface treatment has attracted more and more attention of relevant enterprises and researchers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the research progress of synthetic leather surface treatment agent in the form of waterborne polyurethane.It includes the overview of synthetic leather and its surface treatment agent,the preparation process of waterborne polyurethane surface treatment agent,the application status and research progress of waterborne polyurethane for synthetic leather.
