节俭是中华民族的传统美德,节俭美德的形成与人的生存与发展诉求相关,是人们基于对欲望的合理节制来达到理性目的的重要价值观念。作为超越时代的人类智慧,节俭以养德,节俭则民富。在消费主义盛行的今日,为保证经济社会可持续发展,要对节俭美德做符合时代的诠释,以建设资源节约型社会。
Thrifty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.The formation of the virtue of thrift is related to people’s survival and development demands.It is an important value concept for people to achieve rational purpose based on reasonable control of desire.As human wisdom beyond the times,thrift can cultivate morality and make people rich.Nowadays,in order to ensure the sustainable development of economy and society,we should interpret the virtue of frugality in line with the times and to build a resource-conserving society.
