摘要
传染病防控应急措施实施和开展过程中,根据黑龙江省最新指挥要求和规范,从科学角度出发,利用医疗机构分级、分类组建2所定点医院和2所后备收治医院。按照“集中患者、集中资源、集中专家、集中收治”的治疗原则,以便高效地做好传染病收治工作。黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院哈南分院成为后备医院,以黑龙江省“小汤山”医院模式进行院感建设,于2020年2月15日完成设计、设备资产、技术改造、消毒、检验、后勤保障等。对医院内部改造、消毒、患者及工作人员转移等工作进行部署,加速建设形成专业化、标准化的院感防控医院。文章主要阐述了“小汤山”医院模式在黑龙江省建设的必要性,并提出了具体建设策略。
During the implementation and development of the emergency measures for the prevention and control of infectious diseases,according to the latest command requirements and norms of Heilongjiang Province,two designated hospitals and two backup receiving hospitals are established from the scientific perspective by using the classification and categorization of medical institutions.The treatment principle of"centralizing patients,centralizing resources,centralizing experts and centralizing treatment"should be followed to achieve efficient acceptance and treatment of infectious diseases.Hanan Branch of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine becomes the backup hospital and performs the construction of hospital infection as the"Xiaotangshan"Hospital model in Heilongjiang Province.On February 15,2020,the hospital completes the design,equipment assets,technical transformation,disinfection,inspection,logistics support,arranges the internal transformation and disinfection of the hospital,as well as transfer of patients and staff,and accelerates the construction of professional and standardized hospital for the prevention and control of hospital infection.This paper mainly expounds the necessity of the construction of“Xiaotangshan”Hospital model in Heilongjiang Province,and puts forward specific construction strategies.
