摘要
工业生产车间具有空间大、灯具多、噪音大、作业环境恶劣等特点,难以应用现有楼宇智能照明控制技术,而传统控制模式普遍存在无效照明时间长、能耗大等问题。将工业互联网控制技术和智能照明控制技术相结合,研发了由可调光照明灯具、对射开关组、光照度传感器和工业服务器系统组成的基于软件定义控制技术(VPLC)的工业智能照明控制系统。采用模块化和微服务架构研发了由基于双对射开关组的人员识别模块、照明回路智能开关控制模块和智能调光模块等组成的智能照明控制系统。该系统根据车间人员进出情况和光照强度自动控制灯具开关和亮度调节。应用结果表明,该系统能降低照明灯具能耗,提高灯具使用寿命。
The industrial workshop has the characteristics of large space, many lamps, loud noise, and poor operating environment. It is difficult to apply the existing intelligent lighting control technology of buildings.However, the traditional control mode generally has problems such as long ineffective lighting time and high energy consumption. In this paper, the industrial internet control technology and intelligent lighting control technology are combined, and an intelligent lighting control system based on software define control(VPLC) is proposed, which is composed of dimmable lighting lamps, opposed switch group, illuminance sensor and industrial server system. The intelligent lighting control software is developed by modularization and micro-service architecture, which is composed of personnel identification module, intelligent control module and intelligent illumination control module. The system control the lighting on or off and brightness adjustment according to light intensity and the number of workshop. The application results show that the system can reduce the energy consumption and increase the use time of lamps.
