摘要
目的:观察吞咽功能分级护理在老年脑梗死合并吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月至2019年12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的98例老年脑梗死合并吞咽功能障碍患者的临床资料,按不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施吞咽功能分级护理,比较两组吞咽功能分级、吞咽障碍特异性生命质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组吞咽功能分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SWAL-QOL评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.92%,明显高于对照组的83.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用吞咽功能分级护理可改善老年脑梗死合并吞咽功能障碍患者的吞咽功能,提高其SWAL-QOL评分和护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of swallowing function screening-based grading nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with swallowing dysfunction.Methods:The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with swallowing dysfunction in Ningde City Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from December 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given grading nursing of swallowing function on the basis of that of the control group.The swallowing function grading,the swallowing dysfunction specific quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL)score,the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the swallowing function classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 83.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the swallowing function screening-based grading nursing can improve the swallowing function,the SWAL-QOL score and the nursing satisfaction of the elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with swallowing dysfunction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
