摘要
施工项目管理与项目的顺利实施和推进直接相关,对施工企业的人员及经济投入、企业形象和声誉等具有重要意义。但在实际的施工实践中,施工项目管理工作往往复杂而无序。鉴于此,本文结合多个建设项目实际施工经验,通过研读相关文献著作,研究施工项目管理的主要内容,提炼工作要点,优化管理策略。一方面为施工方有效管理与掌控项目提供明确的指引和方向,另一方面为工程建设质量、效益双增值提供理论基础。
Construction project management is directly related to the project implementation and promotion,which has great significance to the involvement of employees,economy input,corporate image and reputation of construction enterprises.But in the actual construction practice,construction project management is often complicated and disordered.In view of this fact,this paper studies the main content of construction project management by combining the actual construction experience of several construction projects and reading the relevant literatures.The optimized management strategies were proposed.On the one hand,this work can provide clear guidance and direction for the effective management and control of the project to the construction enterprises.On the other hand,it is a theoretical basis for the double value-added of the quality and benefit of the project construction.
