摘要
山区工程建设中,由于其地势陡峭、地形复杂,大型临时设施建设过程中传统龙门吊布置存在跨度受限、能效降低的问题,主要体现在山区平坦开阔地较少,多以沟壑山坡为主,若要保证其跨度,提高其使用能效,就需对原地貌进行挖填施工,跨度越大,挖方深度及填筑高度均增加,不仅经济投入大,并且挖填部位不均匀沉降量越大,随之而来的安全风险陡增。文章针对以上问题,结合在施公路国道208线一级公路新建工程预制梁场场站建设实际案例,论述在山区工程大临建设中传统龙门吊应用存在的问题及原因,并着重阐述大跨径高低腿龙门吊的应用优势,以及易啃轨、脱轨问题的解决思路和原理,对所采用的位移传感器+预警系统+中央控制器自动纠偏系统进行详细介绍,研究成果可为相关山区工程中大临建设提供有效参考。
In the construction of mountain engineering, due to its steep and complex terrain, the traditional gantry crane layout in the construction of large-scale temporary facilities has the problems of limited span and low energy efficiency, which are mainly reflected in the fact that there are few flat and open areas in mountainous areas, and most of them are gully hillsides. In order to ensure its span and improve its energy efficiency, it is necessary to excavate and fill the original landform. The larger the span is, the greater the excavation depth and the filling height will be. not only the economic investment is large, but also the uneven settlement of the excavation and filling parts is larger, and the subsequent security risks have risen sharply. In view of the above problems, this paper discusses the problems and causes of the application of traditional gantry cranes in the construction of large-scale temporary facilities in mountainous areas combined with the actual case of the construction of prefabricated beam yard station in the newly-built project of the first-grade highway on national highway 208. It focuses on the application advantages of large-span high and low leg gantry cranes, as well as the solutions and principles for the problems of easy rail gnawing and derailment problems, and introduces the displacement sensor + early warning system + central controller automatic deviation correction system in detail.
