摘要
单片机因集成度高、体积小和性价比高等诸多优点在生产生活中得到了广泛应用,目前已成为物流工程专业的基础或重要的选修课程。氮化镓光电子融合集成芯片紧贴国家“十四五”规划和2035远景目标纲要中指出的重点科技前沿,结合单片机可创造多种具有颠覆传统和创新价值的原型机系统,包括智慧显示屏、非接触式光感控按键以及脉搏传感等,在物流仓储自动化管理、物流人员体征监测和物流过程卫生安全控制等方面具有良好的应用价值,而且系统设计的难度适宜,为物流工程专业的单片机教学提供了极佳的实验素材。课程探索科教一体教学模式,更加注重对学生的动手实践能力的培养和考核,通过小组协作完成课题的形式锻炼学生的团队协作能力,并提供了多层次教学的空间,旨在为物流工程专业培养具有科研素养的创新型人才。
One-chip microcomputers have been widely used in production and life due to their advantages of high integration,small size and high cost performance,and have now become the basic or important elective courses for logistics engineering majors.The gallium nitride optoelectronic integrated chip is close to the key technological frontiers pointed out in the national 14th Five-Year Plan and the 2035 Vision Outline.Combined with the one-chip microcomputer,a variety of prototype systems with subversive and innovative value can be realized,including smart display screen,non-contact light-sensing or controlling buttons,and pulse sensing systems.These systems have application value in automation management of warehousing,physical monitoring of logistics personnel,and hygiene and safety control of logistics process.The difficulty of the system design is suitable,which provides excellent experimental materials for teaching one-chip microcomputers.Aiming at cultivating innovative talents with scientific literacy for logistics engineering majors,the course explores the teaching mode of integration of science and education,pays more attention to the cultivation and assessment of students’practical ability,trains students’teamwork ability in the form of completing projects through group collaboration,and provides a space for multi-level teaching.
