摘要
为提升教师素质和质量,论述了“双高计划”对高职院校双师队伍建设的新要求,分析了职业教育教师教学创新团队建设存在的问题:发展目标不明确,团队结构不合理,团队成员凝聚力不强,培训体系不完善,考核激励机制不到位。阐明了“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的意义:缓解师资匮乏困境,有助于实现人才共享和资源共享,有助于促进教师个人成长,有助于学生成长成才。论述了“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设思路,提出了“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设路径:严格选拔“双带头人”,组建“双师型”教学团队;构建常态化长效化的可持续培养机制;健全体制机制,建立资格认证标准;校企协作建立教师创新平台,从而提高人才培养质量,满足社会发展需要。
In order to improve teachers’quality,the study discusses the new requirements of the teaching team construction of“double-qualified”teachers in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in the construction of teaching innovation team,i.e.unclear development objective,irrational team structure,weak team cohesion,imperfect training system,and lack of examination incentive mechanism.The study expounds the significance of teaching innovation team of“double-qualified”teachers under the background of“Double High Plan”background,i.e.to relieve deficient dilemma of teaching staff,achieve talent and resource share,promote teachers’individual development,and promote students’development.Then the study discusses the thinking path of teaching innovation team construction of“double-qualified”teachers under the background of“Double High Plan”,and proposes the pathway,i.e.to strictly select“double-qualified leaders”,construct“double-qualified”teaching team;construct normalization and long-acting sustainable training mechanism;perfect system and mechanism,establish qualification authentication;construct teacher innovation platform under the cooperation of school and enterprise,in order to improve talent training quality,and satisfy the demands of social development.
