摘要
膝骨性关节炎(KOA)是临床常见的一种老年性关节炎,会引起多种临床症状及并发症,严重影响着患者的生活质量和身体健康。随着临床上对KOA研究的逐渐深入,发现民族特色疗法对其具有独特的治疗优势。通过查阅近30年以来民族医药关于KOA的文献,对蒙、维、壮、藏、苗、回、瑶、彝、傣、侗、羌、哈萨克、土家等民族特色疗法进行整合梳理,以期为今后KOA的治疗提供参考,让民族医药在KOA的治疗领域大放异彩。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common clinical senile arthritis,which can cause a variety of clinical symptoms and complications,and seriously affect the quality of life and health of patients.With the gradual deepening of clinical research on KOA,it is found that national characteristic therapy has its own unique experience and advantages in the treatment of KOA.By referring to the literatures on KOA in ethnic medicine in the past 30years,the author integrated and sorted out the ethnic characteristic therapies of Mongolian,Uygur,Zhuang,Tibetan,Miao,Hui,Yao,Yi,Dai,Dong,Qiang,Kazak and Tujia,in order to provide some references for the treatment of KOA in the future and make ethnic medicine shine in the treatment field of KOA.
