活性污泥挂膜快速启动循环水养殖尾水净化处理及微生物群落分析 被引量:4

Activated sludge biofilm formation for rapid start-up of wastewater purification treatment of recirculating aquaculture system and microbial community analysis

摘要 为了解决工厂化循环水水产养殖过程中,生物过滤器自然挂膜法耗时长、尾水净化效率低,影响从业者经济效益的问题,以菌种资源丰富的活性污泥作为接种源,并以自然挂膜法为对照,研究了该系统的挂膜周期、鲟鱼养殖尾水净化效果,以及微生物群落结构组成。结果表明,该系统可将挂膜周期缩短至2周,养殖尾水净化72 h后的氨氮、亚硝态氮和总氮去除率分别为95.9%、98.5%和90.8%。微生物群落结构分析显示,其优势菌包括莱茵海默氏菌属(Rheinheimera)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、氢噬胞菌属(Hydrogenophaga)以及黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)。实验证明,活性污泥挂膜使循环水养殖系统的启动速度和尾水净化效果均明显优于自然挂膜法,为其规模化实践应用提供了一定的理论参考和技术支撑。 To solve the problems of high time-consuming,low wastewater purification efficiency,and poor economic benefits for practitioners in the natural biofilm formation of biological filters in recirculating aquaculture systems,taking the natural biofilm formation method as a control,the biofilm-forming cycle,purification effect of aquaculture wastewater,and the composition of microbial community were studied by using activated sludge as an inoculum source.The results showed that the system shortened the biofilm formation period to 2 weeks,and the removal rates of NH_(4)^(+) -N,NO_(2)^(-) -N,and total nitrogen(TN)after 72 h of wastewater purification were 95.9%,98.5%and 90.8%,respectively.Microbial community structure analysis showed that the dominant bacteria included Rheinheimera,Pseudomonas,Hydrogenophaga,and Flavobacterium.This experiment proves that the activated sludge biofilm formation makes the start-up speed and wastewater purification effect of the recirculating aquaculture system significantly better than natural biofilm formation,which provides theoretical and technical supports for large-scale practical application.
