摘要
党的二十大报告提出,加快推动制造业智能化、绿色化发展,促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合。利用面板回归、GMM、空间计量等方法从直接传导机制、间接传导机制、异质性效应机制等维度研判长江经济带108个地级市数字化转型对制造业绿色发展的影响。结果显示:长江经济带数字化转型可显著提升制造业绿色发展效率。空间效应显示,长江经济带数字化转型对制造业绿色发展具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。机制分析显示,长江经济带数字化转型可通过加快绿色技术创新和优化能源结构间接推动制造业绿色发展。区域异质性分析显示,数字化转型对长江经济带上中下游地区制造业绿色发展均具有促进作用,促进效应大小为“中游>上游>下游”。要加快完善数字化基础设施,加强数字技术供给和绿色技术创新体系建设,实施差异化数字化转型战略,推动制造业绿色发展。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate intelligent and green development of manufacturing industry and promote deep integration of digital economy and real economy. This paper uses panel regression, GMM, spatial measurement and other methods to study the impact of digital transformation on the green development of manufacturing industry in 108 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the dimensions of direct conduction mechanism, indirect conduction mechanism and heterogeneity effect mechanism. Results show that the digital transformation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt can significantly improve the efficiency of green development of the manufacturing industry. The spatial effect shows that the digital transformation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the green development of the manufacturing industry. The mechanism analysis shows that the digital transformation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt can indirectly promote green development of manufacturing industry by accelerating green technology innovation and optimizing energy structure. The regional heterogeneity analysis shows that digital transformation has a promoting effect on the green development of manufacturing in the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, promotion effect being as follows: midstream > upstream > downstream. It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of digital infrastructure, to strengthen the supply of digital technology and the construction of green technology innovation system, to implement differentiated digital transformation strategies to promote green development of the manufacturing industry.
